The Short Version

This is a free, personal music project. We make songs inspired by children's books and give them away. You're welcome to listen, download, and enjoy them. Don't do anything weird with the site and we'll all get along fine.

What You Get

• Free access to all songs on the site
• Free MP3 downloads with no DRM
• An optional account to save favorites and track listening history
• A cart and checkout experience that costs $0 (yes, really)

The Songs

Songs on this site are created using Suno AI with original lyrics by Ben Altieri and Clawd (an AI assistant). They are inspired by published children's books but are original creative works — they are not reproductions of the books' text.

The songs are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to:

• Play them for your kids
• Share them with friends and family
• Play them at the pickleball courts

Please don't upload them to streaming platforms as your own work or use them commercially without asking first.

Book References

Each song page links to the children's book that inspired it. These links use Amazon affiliate tracking. If you purchase a book through our link, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. We genuinely want to support the authors and illustrators whose work inspired these songs.

Your Account

Creating an account is optional. If you do, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Don't Be a Jerk

Please don't:

• Try to hack, scrape, or abuse the site
• Create fake accounts or spam
• Claim our songs as your own original work
• Use the site for anything illegal

We reserve the right to remove accounts or restrict access if someone is actively causing problems, but honestly, we don't expect this to ever be an issue.

No Warranties

This site is provided "as is." It's a personal project made by a dad and an AI. We do our best to keep it running and the songs playing, but we can't guarantee uptime, availability, or that every feature will work perfectly. Songs may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NolaDreamsOfChicky (Ben Altieri) is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. Everything here is free, and we're doing this for fun.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If something significant changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you're okay with the current terms.
